Based in our London Bridge office, Tom joined Anthony Gold as a trainee is September 2015 and qualified as a solicitor into the firm’s Commercial and Civil Litigation Department in September 2017.
Tom now specialises in contentious trust and probate litigation and has a broad caseload which includes: will disputes, trust disputes, disputes involving Personal Representatives and trustees and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. He has experience acting for vulnerable individuals and regularly undertakes work on behalf of the Official Solicitor.
Tom is currently studying the for the Association of Contested Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) diploma, the leading qualification in this field, which he hopes to complete in August 2020.
Tom is excellent with clients and will work hard to ensure that they understand every stage of the legal process. He is pragmatic, and will work tirelessly to achieve the best possible result for his clients.
Outside of work, Tom is a keen runner and Cardiff City fan. He is a member of the Anthony Gold 5-aside football team and is currently training for the 2020 Brighton marathon.
