Mark is a paralegal in the Employment Team. He graduated with a degree in law from the University of Plymouth in 2015. Mark joined Anthony Gold Solicitors in 2020 having worked at a large regional firm for several years specialising in employment law.

Mark works closely with Partner, Aneil Balgobin, on a range of employment matters and supports both employees and employers on a variety of matters including day to day HR queries and ad-hoc employment law advice.

Mark also has extensive experience defending Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of businesses such as unfair dismissal claims, discrimination and whistleblowing. He works with clients through all stages of the Employment Tribunal process including early conciliation.
