Laura is a trainee currently completing her last seat in the Family Department, working closely with Partners David Emmerson, Kim Beatson and Sarah Hughes on a range of multifaceted family disputes.
Prior to this Laura was a trainee to Jenny Kennedy in the Injury and Medical Claims Team, working with Jenny on a wide range of catastrophic personal injury and clinical negligence claims. In addition she also assisted Partner Ian Peters with some of his complex catastrophic personal injury work.
Laura joined Anthony Gold in September 2015 as a Paralegal in the Court of Protection Team. Assisting Partners Alexandra Knipe and David Wedgwood she gained significant experience in the management of several Property and Affairs Deputyships for a wide range of vulnerable clients.
Laura graduated from the University of Nottingham with a 2.1 LLB in Law with European Law in 2013 and she completed her Legal Practice Course with Distinction at the University of Law, Bloomsbury, London in 2015.
Laura is fluent in Spanish and enjoys putting her language skills into practice to assist the wider team at the firm. Alongside her work, Laura loves taking part in Responsible Business initiatives and raising funds for both our Charity of the Year as well as other organisations.
