Kimberley is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Civil Litigation team. She specialises in contentious trust and probate matters and has a broad caseload which includes: will disputes, trust disputes, disputes involving Personal Representatives and trustees and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. Kimberley has experience in acting for vulnerable individuals and regularly undertakes work on behalf of the Official Solicitor.

Kimberley has a wonderful manner with clients. She recognises that they are going through an extremely challenging time in their life and she aims to put them at ease with her considered and compassionate approach. She always strives to achieve the best possible result for her clients.

Kimberley was recognised as a “Key Lawyer” in the 2023 edition of the Legal 500 directory, for her Contentious Trusts and Probate work.

In 2023, Kimberley completed the Association of Contentious Trust & Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) diploma, the leading accreditation in this field. She is also a member of the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTrA).
