Inbar is a solicitor working in our Employment Team and is based in our London Bridge Office. Alongside her background in various areas of law, Inbar has been driven towards Employment Law through her passion for fairness and equality in the workplace. She has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of employment law including both advisory and contentious work. Having acted for both employers and employees throughout her career, Inbar has gained a unique perspective that enables her to have great insight in all matters and allows her to provide client with holistic and comprehensive advice and support. She is very commercially minded and is always conscious of her clients’ best interests.
Confident in all aspects of client care and employment law, Inbar regularly drafts employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements for clients. She advises and supports clients in bringing or defending action in the Employment Tribunal in cases ranging from unfair or constructive dismissal to harassment, discrimination or whistleblowing.
As part of her passion for equality, Inbar has a particular interest in discrimination matters including disability, race and maternity discrimination to ensure that employees are treated fairly and employers are equipped to handle relationships in the workplace before they turn into disputes.
