Caroline Bourke qualified as a solicitor in 2010, having first joined Anthony Gold as paralegal and then trainee to Jenny Kennedy.
She now assists Jenny Kennedy on serious and complicated injury and clinical negligence cases, as well handling her own caseload. She is particularly good at the detail of complex cases, piecing together information from numerous sources.
Caroline always wants to make a difference to the lives of her clients and all who might be affected by accidents. In a recent successful case she was pleased not only to win compensation for her client but also to achieve a change in the working practices which had led to her client’s injury.
Another important aspect of Caroline’s work is in fatal accident claims. She feels strongly that families need proper representation and support to help stabilise their lives at a time of bereavement and often sudden financial insecurity.
- A detail-orientated personal injury and clinical negligence solicitor who quickly pieces together a case to push for the best result possible for her clients.
