David Smith

David is a specialist in residential landlord and tenant law based in our South London offices at London Bridge. He advises landlords and agents in this field with a particular focus on changes in the law. He is well known for his work on tenancy deposit protection, houses in multiple occupation and consumer protection legislation.

Robin Stewart

He has experience in a wide range of landlord and tenant disputes including disrepair, possession, and tenancy deposit protection claims. He acts in disputes relating to HMO licensing, including appeals to the First-tier Tribunal.
