We treat all our cases with the strictest of confidence so cannot disclose any specific details. All cases are individual and we can bring a claim against anybody that has abused you.

Just some examples of people we bring claims against include:

• foster parents
• hospital staff
• school staff
• religious organisations
• local authorities
• operators of children's homes
• operators of youth organisations

We can also bring claims against somebody else that could be held responsible for the abuser. For example, if the abuse took place in a school or children's home the employer of the abuser could be prosecuted.

If others suffered abuse from the same abuser, we are able to bring a group action claim against the abuser.
