We have Community Legal Service franchises for housing and community care work. This means that, if you are eligible, we can apply for public funding ("legal aid") for you to bring a claim. If you are on Income Support, Jobseeker’s Allowance or State Pension you will be eligible for public funding. If you are on a low income you may also be eligible.

We also act for privately paying clients and in some cases we can offer funding on a “no win, no fee” basis.
