The Family Law team at Anthony Gold is aware that some people find it very difficult to make an appointment with a solicitor to discuss marital or relationship problems as the act of doing so seems to confirm the failure of the relationship.
We have set up a legal clinic to give advice to people who are perhaps not yet ready to formally instruct solicitors but who wish to know what their legal position would be if indeed their relationship did come to an end. The sessions are designed to give you the opportunity to talk about your circumstances and to find out the possible consequences of the breakdown of a relationship without formally committing yourself to any particular course of action.
How it works
The Clinic runs at times to fit around your working hours. Your appointment will be on a one-to-one basis with a family specialist and will last for between one and one and a half hours.
Clinics are held at the following times:
- 8.00am
- between 12.00pm and 2.00pm
- 5.00pm
At our London Bridge office clinics are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a fixed fee of £190 +VAT.
At our Streatham office clinics are held on Mondays and Tuesdays for a fixed fee of £150 +VAT.
