Brain Injury Claims

We obtained £650,000 for a boy who suffered a serious head injury when he was hit by a car on his way home from school. Although he ran into the road, the car driver was travelling at 40mph so liability was agreed on a 50/50 basis.

We are expected to obtain £500,000 for a woman who suffered catastrophic head injuries when she was hit by a bendy bus. The award would have been higher but the woman was found to be 25% liable for the accident as she crossed the road when the light was against her.
