Victoria speciaises in all aspects of personal injury law including road traffic accidents, highway accidents, occupiers' liability and employers' liability cases.
Victoria also works with David Marshall, the firm's Managing Partner, assisting him on his personal injury and clinical negligence caseload, with a particular interest in cases involving psychiatric injury caused by stress at work.
After graduating with a first class honours degree in history from the University of St Andrews, Victoria studied the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP College in London, achieving distinctions in both. She studied the LPC on a scholarship provided jointly by BPP and The Lawyer magazine.
Victoria trained with Anthony Gold and qualified as a solicitor in 2009. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Victoria was awarded the Graham Turnball essay prize in 2007 (awarded by the International Human Rights Committee of the Law Society).
Outside of work her interests include playing netball, reading and running.
