Kim specialises in personal injury law. She is experienced in dealing with a variety of accidents at work, public liability and road traffic cases.
Kim recently acted in a case where an 80 year old lady was involved in a serious road traffic accident when a lorry ran over her foot. She suffered a below-knee amputation and was no longer able to live independently. Kim settled the case for £110,000.
In another case, Kim recently acted for a lady who after a tripping accident at work injured her knee and suffered psychological injuries. Kim secured a settlement of £20,000. Other successes include obtaining a settlement of £23,000 for a man who suffered an injury to his hand whilst working as a roofer.
Kim graduated from the University of Essex and qualified as a solicitor in 2005. Kim joined Anthony Gold in 2008. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. She also contributes regularly to APIL's Personal Injury Law, Practice and Precedents Bulletin.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys volunteering for children's charities, travelling and music.
