Kim is Head of the Family Law department. She specialises in all aspects of family law with an emphasis on finance, for both married and unmarried couples. Kim is known to be extremely business-like in her approach and she takes a pride in providing a cost effective service to her clients.
She was one of the first solicitors in the country to qualify as a family mediator and she has a busy mediation practice with many referrals from other family lawyers. She is also trained as a collaborative lawyer.
Kim is highly regarded by both the legal world and by her clients. Kim is listed as a prominent figure within family and matrimonial law in the leading lawyers list produced by City Wealth for those working in private wealth management.
She is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is a past chair of Resolution. She is also a member of the Law Society’s Advanced Family Panel, which recognises exceptional expertise in family law, the Law Society’s Advanced Mediation Panel and she is a Resolution accredited specialist in financial and cohabitation disputes.
Outside work Kim is a qualified football referee and enjoys all sport.
