Jonathan is a property specialist with over 30 years' experience. He acts for public and private companies in sales and acquisitions, developments and general commercial transactions and for individuals in both business and private transactions. This has included a particular emphasis on the retail sector over the past 10 years.
He is accredited to the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme which marks Anthony Gold out as meeting high standards in the residential conveyancing process.
Jonathan's connection with south London has been enduring. He has been involved in the management committee of a local law centre and he currently undertakes pro bono work, including a recent application to the European Court of Human Rights.
Over the course of his career, Jonathan has been in partnership in a number of central London law firms. He merged his niche property practice with Anthony Gold in February 2007.
