David also advises on a wide range of business matters, from start-ups and shareholder/partner relationships, through the inevitable commercial and employment issues which confront all businesses and finally advising clients on all exit strategies, including sales and MBOs.

David graduated from the Queen’s College, Oxford and then took his Solicitors Finals at the College of Law, Chancery Lane. He trained with Anthony Gold, qualifying as a solicitor in 1987. He has been Managing Partner since 1997.
