Amanda Hopkins

Amanda is a specialist within our personal injury and clinical negligence team. Her particular interest lies with accidents at work.

Amanda graduated from King’s College London and the College of Law in London. Prior to her qualification as a solicitor she worked within the Health and Safety Executive. Recently she secured compensation in excess of £135k for an employee who fractured his ankle in an accident involving a dumper truck.

Within her clinical negligence work she has a varied experience of orthopaedic and neurological negligence claims.

Amanda is a contributor to Kemp & Kemp - Personal Injury Law , Practice and Procedure published by Sweet & Maxwell and Essential Human Rights Cases published by Jordans. She is an experienced lecturer, having worked with the University of Westminster lecturing on Human Rights related issues. She is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
