Nicola trained with Anthony Gold and qualified as a solicitor in 1998. She became a Partner in 2006.
Nicola specialises exclusively in Family Law, with an emphasis on complex financial and children cases, as well as Court of Protection work. The latter includes managing finances for vulnerable clients who have lost capacity. She is also trained as a Collaborative Lawyer.
Nicola is a member of Resolution and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is an accredited specialist with Resolution, which recognises exceptional expertise in Family Law, with specialist portfolios in Advanced Financial Provision and Children Law.
Nicola was also a member of the Law Society's Children Panel and Resolution Legal Aid and Costs Committee, until moving away from publicly funded work.
Nicola has written a number of family law articles for journals.
In her spare time, Nicola undertakes work for voluntary organisations.
