Nicola Gunn

Nicola specialises exclusively in family law, with an emphasis on finance and complex children cases. She is also trained as a collaborative lawyer.

Nicola is an accredited specialist with Resolution, which recognises exceptional expertise in family law, with specialist portfolios in Advanced Financial Provision and Children Law. Nicola was also an accredited member of the Law Society's Children Panel until moving away from publicly funded work.

Nicola has written a number of family law articles for journals. She also regularly comments on proposals for legal reform through her work as a member of the Resolution Legal Aid and Cost Committee.

In her spare time, Nicola undertakes work for voluntary organisations.
