Mark Cornish

Mark specialises in commercial agreements, company affairs, private company mergers and acquisitions and is a specialist in employment law.

Mark has acted for purchasers and vendors in a number of corporate acquisitions with values ranging from £100,000 up to £10 million. He prepares and advises on a wide range of commercial contracts including distribution and agency agreements, contracts for services, consultancy agreements and employment contracts.

Mark is an employment specialist and has worked for both employers and employees in employment disputes dealing with claims involving issues such as unfair dismissal, race, sex, disability and sexual orientation discrimination.

Mark graduated in Law & Politics from Keele University and joined Anthony Gold in September 2000. He became a qualified member of the commercial team in 2002 and was made a Partner in May 2007.

Mark likes to ski and is a keen footballer.
