Donovan undertakes Court of Protection work and manages finances for clients who have lost capacity. This includes acting for disabled children and adults living in the community.
He also advises and prepares trusts for the management of damages awarded as a result of personal injuries. He gives general advice to the elderly including preparation of lasting Powers of Attorney.
FAMILY LAW
Donovan has been a member of the Family Law department for over 10 years. He deals with all areas of family law, with the majority of his work being disputes relating to children.
Donovan is a member of Resolution.
He also undertakes voluntary and charity work. He provides advice to fathers as part of Anthony Gold's free monthly advice service for Families Need Fathers.
