David is a Partner and Head of the Commercial department, undertaking a wide range of commercial and civil litigation including:
- resolving commercial disputes
- professional negligence
- contractual disputes
- contentious probate and breach of trusts
- Inheritance Act claims
- intellectual property
- property disputes
He also has over 10 years experience of employment matters.
David has been appointed a Notary Public. In this role he authenticates legal documents for both commercial firms and private clients for use abroad.
David comes from a business background and his first degree is in economics, with a Masters degree in Advanced Legal Studies. He qualified as a solicitor in 1993, after training in a central London commercial firm. He was made a partner of Warren & Co in 1997 and then became a partner at Anthony Gold in 2003, when the two firms merged.
David is a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists.
