Stephanie Prior, a Partner in Anthony Gold's personal injury department is speaking at the Claims against Children's Services Providers seminar on 30 January 2012 at 7 Bedford Row, London.

The seminar is aimed at local authorities, private care and education providers, children’s charities and their insurers, particularly senior claims handlers and social care managers.

The last half of 2011 saw a flurry of activity and reported decisions in claims against children's services providers, extending both the period of time defendants might be exposed to claims and the category of people who might claim. 

Maria Reuggar and Stephen Pizzey, social care liability experts who provide reports for both former looked after children and local authorities, will provide an insight into the expert's role in these claims. Stephanie Prior will give us a claimant’s solicitor’s perspective.
