Rachel Hyneman is a solicitor at Anthony Gold.  She specialises in the Wills & Probate department, based in our South London Offices at Streatham.

Shortly after completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Rachel joined Anthony Gold in 2013. After finishing her training contract at this firm, Rachel qualified into our Private Client and Family departments in 2015.

Rachel is a specialist probate solicitor who practices in all areas of private client including Wills, the administration of estates, tax affairs and general tax planning. Rachel takes a clear approach when advising clients about planning for their future.

When dealing with those who have lost loved ones, Rachel takes a compassionate approach and endeavours to take away the strain on those who have been left with the responsibility of dealing with their loved one’s affairs.  Rachel understands that losing somebody close to you can be a very difficult time and takes a proactive approach to her cases so that the affairs can be dealt with sensitively, yet efficiently.

Rachel also specialises in family law and has experience in a number of areas of private family law including divorce, dissolution and related financial and children matters. Rachel adopts a personable yet efficient approach when dealing with her clients. She commits herself to support clients through difficult times as well as achieving the best results for them.

Rachel worked on a variety of family cases during her training, including both financial and children disputes including ones with an international element. She was responsible for her own small case load as well as working on more complex cases alongside the family partners.
